Great culture and leadership!
I DELIVER STEEL PLATES TO WELDALL MFG. IN THE SAME BUILDING.
Too far from home for the pay that was offered.
I wasted 5 years of my life working for this horrible company and I tcould try to tell you everything that's wrong with this company...but that might take another five years. To keep it short and simple.....it's unsafe do to the condition of the work equipment.....all the work equipment. The shop stays nasty... paper, garbage dust and debris over the floor all the time. The the only time they clean the shop is when it's slow or the owner is coming. The bathroom is unsanitary, they don't have vending machines and they won't even provide you with clean drinking water the only bubbler they have in the whole shop don't even work. And last but not least.... management is so unprofessional. A lot of favoritism and a lot of personal vendettas in grudges. I could go on, but like I said....I don't want to waste anymore of my time talking about this company. FYI... I'm only speaking on the Waukesha plant,I never worked at the other plant.
