I was very upset with this place. I went into Mod for the first time and bought a few things. When I went to check out there were earrings on the counter. I asked the girl that was ringing me out the price of the earrings and she said they were on sale for $5. So I picked a pair out. After the transaction I thought my bill seemed high. Then I noticed that she charged me $20 for the the earrings instead of 5. So I told the cashier and she said that she would fix it and apologized. When she went to fix it she ended up giving me a $15 gift card instead my money back. She said she couldn't give me my money back because they are a small store. I said to her that I paid you cash and you made the mistake and yoy can't give me my money back and she said no.nI couldn't believe that they run there store that way. Everything there is pretty expensive. So getting a $15 giftcard isn't going to buy really anything there. Therefore Id have to spend evwn more money there. Plus I live about 40 minutes from there.nnWhat a joke!!!

My first visit was this week at the St Charles location and I have to say the salesperson was AMAZING, I feel bad that I do not recall her name. I've been in sales for about 20 years and I get it... But I have to say she was NOT in any way pushy, What I liked most about her, she added a few other items to my dressing room she thought I would like based on the style of other items I was trying on it really did help me complete an outfit. I spent close to 300.00 that day, and it will not be the last 300.00 I would spend. there! However, I do have to say, it made me a bit nervous that I can only get store credit for my returns, (hense) the reason I make sure, I will enjoy the items I purchased.

I have only been in the store once to pick up a mobile order. But the girls were so sweet, I have a hard time shopping in stores since I’ve gain a little weight especially in boutiques because I am on the thicker side and the judgement from some local boutiques have kinda scared me away. I have never been disappointed in their clothes and I’ve become addicted to shopping here. If you believe their prices are too high, I just want to tell you to buy a few products and I promise you will be happy with every single one. I just ordered my most recent little bundle yesterday for their bralette sale and have already received it, like I said, I have NEVER been disappointed.
