Life took over so this review is three months late and long overdue!nnMy husband gave me a new wedding ring and having only had it two weeks I got it caught in the dryer pulling out clothes and bent the setting. I was just sick about it and wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I had also decided to re-purpose my old one. Easier said than done. I had a vague idea of what I wanted but was going in a number of different directions.nnI decided to go to Roemer. I have been there One other time and they have a beautiful selection of one-of-a-kind pieces. I presented my new ring and asked if anything could be done about it. Tom took the ring from me to the jeweler in the back and within five minutes it was as good as new.nnAfter chatting with Tom I indicated I wanted to take the head off of the old ring and turn it into a pendant. I have always had a love for rubies so Tom said that he would bring some in for me to evaluate to put into the old setting.nnThe Three I looked at were all gorgeous in their own right but one stood out to me. He suggested Rose gold prongs, which I would have never thought of, but it perfectly accentuated the stone.nnI could not be happier or more pleased with the way it turned out. I’ve gotten many compliments on it and absolutely love it!nnThis is the place to go if you want something unique and original with High quality workmanship.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Doesn't matter if you're there to buy an expensive gemstone or $25 costume jewelry, you will receive the same excellent service. I've used Roemers for years, from everything like checking prongs and cleaning pieces (both at no charge, regardless if purchased there or not), jewelry repairs and designing custom pieces -- Melinda and Tom are super talented designers -- and have consistently received outstanding service and fair pricing. And if they don't have it, they will find it for you (been there/done that with them too). During the COVID pandemic, it's good to call ahead and see if appointment is needed. The shop is small so they take care to ensure it's not too crowded at any given time. And they do provide curside service for drop-offs and pick-ups, for those who are more comfortable that way. Whether you need nice quality, affordable stocking stuffers or bedazzling jewels, this is your place!

Tom took my vision and created my dream diamond and sapphire ring. It is truly gorgeous and I am thrilled with not only the design but quality of workmanship. The design process was a breeze and the whole staff at Roemers made sure I was 1000% happy.

I was recommended to Roemer Oiginals after my long time jeweler became ill. I had an idea in mind what I wanted to create along with family jewelry pieces that I had been given..so to say that I was apprehensive about leaving these with someone new was an understatement!! After my initial visit my fears were eased. My daughter and I met with Melinda and she was able to draw what I had envisioned. My ring is exactly what I wanted and more.
