I do comparative shopping for auto and home insurance every year or so. After contacting Zach a few years ago, I appreciated that he would send me current quotes every year. No other company that I initially spoke with did that. When I received quotes this year, the premiums were lower and coverage higher than the company I’d been with for the last few years. After meeting with Zach and Morgan at the office, I was pleased with the level of customer service, the office atmosphere, and, most importantly, the insurance policies for my home and car. They’re the best!

Clayton was great to work with! Very personable and easy to work with. I made the mistake of trying to get quotes from multiple companies on a website while I was working, and my phone was ringing off the hook for a week. I think Clayton called and left a message 1 time, and then sent me a text with a full detailed quote - no links to click on or more information to fill out, just a nice detailed text. After that he always texted me to see if I was free for a quick phone call and was very quick to get back to me if I had any questions. It made the process so much easier!

Great insurance office, super responsive. Zach doesn’t just send you to someone else in his office if you wish to speak with him. He will meet with you directly, take care of your insurance needs as quick as possible. Always responds to emails and phone calls. Best response time I have seen out of a business. Quick to get quotes and connect you to other people if he can not help. I switched to his office from another State Farm office and even got a lower insurance rate with the applicable discounts he found for me. Would recommend anyone who needs insurance to go to his office.
