Power steering died on my SUV last night. With aching arms, I showed up at 8 am Sunday, Conoco's advertised business hours. The shop also advertises ASE licensed professionals. Rather, an unlicensed teen boy did the repair after I ordered the part under the impression that a licensed mechanic would be arriving to do the work. Thus, I was misled. This review is not to disparage a boy trying to earn a living. Rather, shame on the ownership for putting him and me and other customers in an awkward and potentially dangerous position. I was charged the full cost of a repair. Professional licensing is essential to protect the public from negligent or incompetent auto repairs. I expect a no cost inspection from a licensed mechanic at this Conoco or a partial refund of the labor cost of the repair to defray the cost of an inspection elsewhere from a licensed mechanic. If the belt is not fitted correctly it will damage other engine components such as the water pump. When this matter is rectified, I will change this review.

Best Gas Station in the area, they make a keys right on the spot and serviced my vehicle right away for a long trip. I would recommend anyone in the area to check this place out.

We were traveling and had car trouble. They were able to fit us in and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt quickly to get us back on the road! Highly recommend!
