St Charles Municipal Court

Alright, I understand prioritizing court and its efficiency over answering phone calls. That being said however, why would you not have even one employee made available to answer the phone during court hours? Just having a brick wall of a recorded voice informing you to call tomorrow seems rather counter-intuitive for a government building doesn't it? What if people have questions regarding court? Why not at least have a decent FAQs section on your website, or maybe give the officer at the front desk a list of answers to common questions? I get that bureaucracy is as bureaucracy does but this seems just a bit ridiculous.
