Although pricing of books are not that bad it seems to be a disconnect between the bookstore staff and the students. I have Experienced a few issues such Staff know nothing about financial aid or the vouchers, hours of operation change often with NO notice, Staff is not friendly, and they never handle complaints they direct you to send an email to the boss who NEVER returns the email. For me the hardest part about the semester starting is having to deal with purchasing books and asking questions to the bookstore staff ud83dude1e that SHOULD NEVER BE THE HARD PART
Pricy but good merch
Don't buy books here. Cheaper online and you won't have to worry about the bookstore's policy.
It's hard to tell what building is what. They could use better signage.
