Absolutely horrible business! I have emails showing there lies and my time wasted dealing with them. I placed a order then got a email from them 10 days later telling me the item ordered was disconnected but they would ship me the new tank that replaced it. No extra charge they tell me and tell me it will be shipped out ASAP. Then the next day they refund my money with out even telling me. I email them asking if they canceled my order or what was going on. Two days later after I sent another email to them I get a reply. They say oh the warehouse did the refund cause the item is not going to be in stock for 10 days. They did not know this when they told me it was being shipped out days before.nDon’t spend your money with these bums

Company is fake!!! They are advertising products they don't have... They took my money and when I emailed them asking for tracking information about a day or two later when I didn't see any shipping information I suddenly saw a refund back through PayPal with no word or an explanation... From reading other reviews I see that this is how they operate...

Don’t waste you time. Unwilling to sell parts for older JBJ units. Find a different company. Also not very efficient at returning calls or emails.
