United States Postal Service

Have mail we are supposed to sign for but carrier doesn't bring to door for us to sign for. Just leaves the notices in mailbox that if we don't answer door he will leave at post office. Lazy carrier I guess. Seems like thats par the course on government employeesnUpdate: now I have overheard him telling my neighbor he hangs out with on the clock my personal business about what we get in the mail while they joke about it!!

Mail is taking forever! I ordered a pink mouse for my laptop and it's suppose to delivered by or around 1pm it's now 2:40! Where is my mail?!

So much for my time is important to them. If you want to call and talk to a person, good luck

In a previous job, (over 4 years ago) I did several bulk mailings and sometimes it was tough to work through the details with the staff. However, they were still friendly and we found solutions. In the last couple of years, our Moberly post office has stepped up their customer service game and I am proud to say they go out of their way to help you every time! Kudos!
