Randolph County Juvenile Office

Ineffective practices by Randolph County Juvenile Office. Why would they NOT even consider the victim when deciding a case? Why would they not even consider Restitution in a Juvenile Case? Instead, They simply tell the victim that they handled the case, case is closed & that Restitution was never even thought about. NOW they expect the victim to reach out to the parents to TRY to get Restitution. IF They would've even looked into the child's home life & seen the issues the parent(s) have, They would've understood that the case should've been kept open for awhile in order to make sure the child could get the kind of guidance they needed rather than from a parent that was strung out & tweaking on Meth all the time! Honestly, The System FAILED both the Child & the Victim.
