I called Goodness Insurance and my call was very promptly answered by Tom. I explained that I would like to receive an estimate for auto insurance. Tom very cordially solicited the pertanant information. He was very friendly, engaging to talk with, competent, and informative. He was very pleasant while I asked him questions pertaining to my options and needs. Interacting with him was as comfortable as discussing matters with my own close family members. I'm going to do business with him 'because of' the comfortable, yet constructive, interaction and engagement with him. I don't know if I may save a few dollars by shopping elsewhere, but I do know that his personableness is more desirable to me than possibly saving a few dollars in the long-term. Thanks Tom. I'm actually happy that the other agent I called did not return my call. If you want a capable, personable, intelligent, agent ..go with Tom. I personally think you'll be glad you did. Eddie C.

I have been with Goodness Insurance for over 23 years. Tom and the entire team have taken excellent care of ALL my insurance needs. For the very few claims I have needed to file they have taken care of everything. For the things that I have needed to do or papers I have needed sign there is always a follow up phone call and email to make sure I have it done. Often I need the reminders. If a change of policy is in order they call with suggestions and recommendations. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been using Goodness Insurance for years. My mom and sister also use Goodness. They always find me the best deal. Every year they look to make sure that I am getting the cheapest deal for what my coverage needs are. This is a family owned and run business and I refer everyone I know there. They are all so pleasant, prompt in returning calls and willing to help whenever I call. I highly recommend them!

I have been a client of goodness INS for years and years! They do their very best to try and find the most reasonable rates and are ALWAYS available if there is ever a time that you need to speak with someone quickly! Great customer service! I would reach out to Goodness INS even if your not looking. It never hurts to have someone else check into rates to see if they can help save you money $nKeep up the excellent work! I have always had my vehicles and boat coverage through them. Thanks for the great customer service :)
