Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff have been unhelpful and rude. My provider has had multiple problems getting them to respond to medication orders.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I had my disabled son’s prescription filled here. It cost over $200 because his insurance didn’t cover it. Several days after having it filled, I found out that it could have been purchased over the counter for $10. I talked with the pharmacy about this and why they didn’t let me know it could be purchased over the counter. They had no response. My son lives on a very low income due to his disability. Very sad that they needed to make some money off a disabled person. Walmart filled it since then every time for less than $10. Shame on you Walgreens. I will take all my business somewhere else.

Used this pharmacy on 12/21/19 & 12/22/19. The pharmacy staff (excluding the pharmacist) are extremely rude. They Left voicemail about my Rx on someone else’s phone. I’m pretty sure that is a HIPPA violation. The man ahead of me in line became very frustrated about their inability to fill his Rx and very loudly stated “I’m never filling a prescription at this pharmacy again”! The assistant at the pharmacy register just laughed. Extremely unprofessional! I am a healthcare provider in primary care and will recommend Auburn pharmacy (inside Price Chopper) from now on. Auburn’s pharmacist are very nice and go out of their way to save you money.

Closes early and there it's always a long wait.
