They NEVER answer the phone or return your calls back EVER!! Terrible place of business if I wasn’t in need I would never deal with them, I’m still waiting for a callback from 12/04/2020. This business is terrible!

Today was a good experience at DCF. I was able to get right in and right back out with the assistance of a friendly employee. Thank you for your help and kindness.

Call the phone number just to be put on hold for an hour and then hung up on, inefficient agency. Let people find out their status online like all the other up to date agencies. Kansas stays behind the times smh.....

Customer service was fantastic.

Worthless people.. Cant an wont do their jobs right.. Should really be held accountable for any child they fail to help
