In and out in under an hour.

Jennifer in Licences did a fantastic job getting everyone in and out. I did have to come back because i needed another form of address but still took maybe 30 minutes to wait. She worked two people at a time to keep the line moving.

This place is AmAzInG!!!! So fast. Customers weren't rude. Employees were happy and helpful. I would return again just for fun. I even got FREE hand sanitizer!!! I hope they win the lottery.

Long wait times. They have disabled their phones so they don't have to take any phone calls. They are rude, undertrained, and have no regard or understanding for people's time. The incompetence here is disturbing. They are a privately owned license office; a business but DO NOT operate as such. Their interest is less in serving their customers, and more-so in avoiding work. I have gladly spent my money elsewhere.nnThe lady had cat-ears and a purple shirt, dark hair, twenties. I came in with my wife, who signed the car over to me, and on the title it listed I paid her a dollar.nThe lady asks me if I have a notarized bill of sale. I informed her that the title is considered bill of sale in Missouri. She stated that if the total was less than $100 paid for the vehicle, id need a notarized bill of sale.nnI said to my wife, next to me, that I would pay her $99 when we got home and ill just add two zeroes to reflect that fact. The lady said she wouldn't let me without a notarized sale because she had already seen that said $1.nnI then stated to her that I would run to the bank, wait in line again, in pay my wife in front of her so she could see it and then I would adjust the amount on the title, reflecting actual amount paid. She AGAIN said she would refuse it without a notarized bill of sale!nnThe interesting thing is they have a notary in-house, and the lady neglected to tell me.nnWe would not need a bill of sale if this was transacted before her in said manner because she would see sufficient evidence to declare the adjustment on the title an honest reflection.nnAdditionally, my wife purchased a vehicle from her bed-ridden grandfather and brought in the affidavit and was told it needed to be notarized even though the courthouse said it did NOT.nnThere is serious neglect going on at this License Office regarding employee training and customer service. They have discretion, but if it requires them to do any work, they will choose to make things hard for you. They have NO REGARD for you, or your time.nnWe ended up leaving and going to a different License Office and had NO problems whatsoever. Happy not to give them my money, and I advise you steer clear of this place.

Thank you to the employees here for trying to get folks in and out safely. Good experience here. I did a bit of research and took the tip to avoid first of the month and go in the afternoon. I went in mid-week and there was only 2 people in front of me. My driver’s license renewal took 5 minutes, and my total time in was maybe 15 minutes- thats a record for me!. Luckily, I had looked up what I needed beforehand and HEADS UP- it is (way) more than you might think! So, thanks again to the workers for doing an often thankless job.
