Website availability is that of a windows 95 platform. Asked for assistance getting insurance cards since their online printability is not there. Never heard back or received the documents I requested. Now they sent out a notice that they would no longer provide auto insurance. What a lovely company.

Absolute worst insurance company I have ever had. I needed some dental work done (the only work pretty much ever) and the only service they covered was NOT an option for me per my dentist. Their customer service is terrible. So if you want your only coverage to be a basement and a rusty drill. Please sign up for MetLife today!

Needed help with auto insurance policy. I went to the office with locked glass doors and when the woman came to the door, she handed me a paper with a bunch of phone numbers on it and said she couldn't help me, turned and walked back into her glass palace. She was quite rude. My insurance is paid and I just need my ID cards and a copy of my policy. Will be going to a different insurance provider.

Easy to negotiate. Loads of info.
