Dr. McClaflin, Keisha, and Tina have all been outstanding as my family and I I transitioned to their care. The receptionist both are great as well. This is our new family dentist and we’re very happy about it

If there were more stars to give, I would! I am so afraid of the dentist and Kisha and Dr Leslie made me feel at ease and if I may say a little relaxed! They did a great job explaining everything, and talking about what treatments may be in my future! I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!

Update 10/11/18nnWent in today for my 6 month cleaning/check up. Another exceptional experience from the front desk to the chair and back. I've lived in KC for 5-6 years now, and I'm so thankful to have found a dentist I like and trust. All the 5 star reviews listed here are accurate. Cleanest and nicest dentist office I've ever been to... ever. I want to brag about how cool Dr. McClaflin is, but I don't want to take away anything from how equally awesome her staff is. This was not an assembly line dentist like I've been to every single time in the past. They genuinely get to know about you, about you personally, and what you desire from your dentist. They listen to you, which I feel is rare these days as a true personal demeanor in the service industry has gone downhill. I'll never go anywhere again unless I'm forced to. Dr. McClaflin and her staff are absolutely the most caring dentistry practice that you can find! I have had several procedures since becoming her patient several years ago. And the procedures are always pain free! She even goes the extra mile to make sure you are doing okay after the procedure by calling you.

Wait times for appointments at this office:  Cleaning = 12 weeks.  Crown (or any 1.5 hr appt) = 8 weeks.  Crown and/or treatment (1-1.5 hr appt) due to severe pain and dentist agreement on possibility of bad breakage of tooth if problem persists  = 8 weeks.nnTreatment during appointment:  Sitting in dentist chair past allotted time period for your appt = rushing, dental assistant standing next to you while you're in the dentist chair holding out your coat, purse and drink cup... waiting... all while the dentist is still talking to you.  Arrive at appt with an additional urgent need beyond what was scheduled and beyond your control = dental assistant complaining, threat of refusal to take care of it, guilt trip regardless.nnThis office is WAY overbooked and does not have enough rooms necessary to handle the patient load they are attempting to carry.  If you have dental needs and even if you are in pain, plan to spend double or triple the amount of time you would expect, getting it done, oh, and don't forget the rushing and lengthy discussions about their scheduling problems while you are there.
