Edgar Springs Eagle Stop - Pump Only

Just tried to get gas and go in to pay. Its 10:15pm...they had the doors locked, they saw us and just kept cleaning. I dont have a card to pay at the pump. They wont be getting my business again.

One day you can get pizza at 10:30pm, even 3 am, but if a guy named John works, it’s not his job, and you can’t even get one at 10:00pm. I understand employee options are not at their peak, but laziness shouldn’t be tolerated. Won’t sell scratchers tickets after 10:00 either. I guess when the business is striving, you can turn away all the business you want. Not a good thing in a small town, where almost everyone is hard working, consistent customers.

Tried calling for 30 min to place order for two pizzas. Finally drove the 5 miles to place order in person. Went to pizza counter was as if no one was working this day. Went to cashier and asked about pizza he said he thought they were an hour backed up. I told him phone had been busy for 40 min and it was still busy. He looked amazed at that point. I placed my order then waited another 10 min to talk to pizza maker. He never showed upnLeft went home so I can go back in 45 min to hopefully pick up family dinner. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority at this location.

Not anything to write home about on the Pizza experience here. OTHER places that sell the same type of pizza make the pizza....I just got told 'we are out of extra cheese'...how are you out of extra cheese?? Well they come to us with the cheese on them and we add the toppings....um cheese IS a topping..... Not only that but there have been times they run out of pizza all together. Shame on you guys!! I have had pizza from this location more than once, with varying amounts of cheese. Once I even said 'you didn't put extra cheese on last time please make sure it's on there' and got ALOT of extra cheese..............comes to you already made up.......I call bullshit!!
