Metro public safety is amazing. They are easy to work with, anytime you call and inform them of any problems you are having on your property they do what they can to resolve it.always receive reports when on my property. Overall love them and their friendly staff!looking for a security company look no further⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Attempted to use the service to jumpstart my car on 2 separate occasions. Had to wait OVER 2 HOURS each time for someone to show up, but once they did - the service was friendly. The dispatcher couldn’t even tell me how long I’d have to watch for them outside in the winter. Communication nightmare. If you need a jumpstart, better off on your own.

Since we starting using MPSI a few months ago, we can certainly tell a difference our business environment as they actively keep out people loitering or those causing disturbances. I especially like the detailed reports sent via email as well as the QR code that gets scanned by security at every visit. They do a GREAT job!!

This company patrols the apartment complex parking lot where I live we love them!
