Everyone hates having to use a pest control business, but if you have to, Preferred is AMAZING! Our technician, Blake, even came early to our appointment since he was ahead of schedule for the day. He was extremely professional, kind, explained every detail of what he was doing so we wouldn't be surprised by anything we saw, and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. He was very friendly to our young children and allowed them to ask millions of questions too! He made our ant situation a lot more tolerable! Very great price for all they did! HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a rodent problem along with some spiders... We tried everything to get rid of them both along with a pest service. He was very professional and on time with great advice. The First go around we had with him was a relief. We called back for a couple more appointments when we thought it was needed.. needless to say we are going to have a yearly inspection and get ahold of Mike every time! Thanks!
