Honestly this is by FAR the best experience I’ve had in retail period! Val was amazing when I purchased 5 pairs of sunglasses for gifts. She was so knowledgeable in designers, fit, wearability, and style. I was clueless until she helped!! Taylor was absolutely amazing in her patience with me in regards to a situation I had at another location (I live 3 hours from this location wish I lived closer to this amazing store!) Her phone etiquette was far superior than other sunglass hut representatives (Northern Virginia, southern MD and North Jersey) she was understanding and very knowledgeable in system operations (POS system) and last but not least Christina (retail manager) her ability to available to her staff even when she’s not in store for customer experience blew my mind. As a business owner I can’t tell you the importance of having a great, cohesive team and SHE HAS THAT! I will always recommend this location and awesome individuals such as these ladies. Please don’t let other reviews deter you from shopping here.

When I walked in , I explained to the staff exactly what it is I was looking for. Not only did they find what I needed but worked with me on all sales that were going on. I would suggest everyone to visit this location for the most professional and exceptional experience.
