It is impossible to file a claim with this company. If you are going to Disney do not valet your car as it could be returned damaged as ours was. This company continually returns mail correspondence, will not answer the phone or emails. This is absurd and I will have to get my attorney involved.

Last year we used the valet parking services at the Marriott in downtown Nashville which is contracted out to Towne Park. Our car was damaged in their care. After over a year of follow up and extreme frustration we finally received our agreed upon compensation. I am writing a communication to their CEO which I have never done before due to our very negative experience. Will not use them again.

TERRIBLE/DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!nnStay away from this establishment. I was at W hotels/living room in Minneapolis Minnesota) and used their valet services.  My car was inspected before being parked. Car came back damaged. I was going to call the police, but employees present acknowledged damage, told me not to worry bc they will take full responsibility and that claim company(TOWNE PARK) will take care of all damages. They went as far as getting a taxi to transport me home. Next day l spoke to the MANAGER KIRK,  who also acknowledged my car will be fixed. UNFORTUNATELY for me I was going on vacation the next day. Then 2 weeks later upon my return,  Manager KIRK probably realized damage was done to a Range Rover and this will be an expensive fix for them, so he turned around, writes a false report  to Towne Claims company stating that his employee is not responsible.nnWhat evidence? W hotel has videos, which have not been reviewed.nnDeny my claim with no evidence?nnWhen I entrusted my car to you, there was no damage. You returned it back to me with damage on right passenger side and mirror. They were hoping that It will go unnoticednnThank God damage was on the side facing the front of the building with bright lights for all to see!nnSuch Dishonesty!!!!nnHow can I entrust my property under your care, you damage my property, acknowledge fault then deny claim?nnI will not rest. I will be taking this to the BBB, social media and I will be taking them to court if my car is not fixed. This company cares nothing about their customers at all. My car was damaged and the valet personnel tried to ignore it in hopes that wouldn't notice. Thank God I noticed before even pulling off and addressed it. When then, they refused to do the minimum. And I was dealing with a manager John/Jack Turner! Long story short, any company using these people as a vendor will never get my business. Disgusting service: more like company service not customer service.

Unprofessional customer service! The manager Matt who works at the Hilton Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio is very unprofessional and is clueless when it comes to dealing with the public. He is about to get Townepark a lawsuit for unlawful conduct.
