Town Hall-Amazing Service
Very helpful for what we needed!
It was an absolutely terrible experience and one that the Town of Waukesha should be thoroughly embarassed by. I called a month ago to understand the next date for yard waste drop off at the Town Hall. I was told Feb. 7th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; I also confirmed this at the Town Hall website. I struggled to lift an 11 foot christmas tree on top of my car and strap it down by myself and hall it over to the town hall, only to find no one there to accept yard waste; I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. There were many other families there, waiting to drop off their yard waste and they were all equally frustrated. I then had to hall the tree back home, remove it from the roof of my vehicle and throw it back in my yard. I recognize that it is Waste Management's responsibility to be there on the prescribed days, however they are a contractor for the Town of Waukesha and someone needs to be held accountable - that is why I am posting this review.
You can't build a pole building in the town anymore. Wish they would've told me that before I wasted time and money.
