While I absolutely love this dr and his team, unfortunately there is much to be desired by his office manager, Mona. She obviously feels very empowered to speak on his behalf and impact his relationships with his patients. Its obvious she feels no need to provide great service since her paycheck is secured by her relationship with Dr McKee. Its unfortunate because I was a patient for 3 years and only has issue there twice and both were with her. First one was when she used collection tactics alleging i had a past due balance but later apologizing when I informed her I was just there a day before and was informed I had no money due and other was recently. Great physician, very, very knowledgeable. Great office team..just pray you never have to cross paths with the privileged office manager, Mona. She knows she is truly the one who gets to call all the shots and there is no one or nothing any patient can do about it becAuse there is no recourse

Dr. Mckee has been keeping me on my feet for more than 15 years. He is very skilled in podiatry and his staff are always on top of things. His orthotics are the best in my opinion. Regardless of what your issue they will take care of you. One of the few doctors I actually like to go to.

Dr. McKee treated me a couple of years ago and he is a great doctor. Unfortunately as mentioned by another review, the woman Monica (or Mona) demands that you leave a copy of your credit card on file as a condition of seeing Dr. McKee. I requested that the billing be handled through my insurance and then I be billed for the balance. Monica (or Mona) said no absolutely not... if I would not leave my credit card on file, then I could leave without care. So I got up to leave. Since she did not attempt to stop me, and actually seemed resentful that I had wasted her time, and feeling a bit humiliated in front of other patients since this was all transacted in public, I told her I would inform Dr. McKee to which her snippy reply was “feel free but I’m his wife”.nnVery unprofessional and questionable business practices. . I will report this to my insurance company.

If I could give ten stars, I would! Dr. McKee is an amazing doctor. I have been to him a couple times and each time he is very attentive and very THOROUGH! He takes the time to listen to figure out the problem. He also performs x-rays and sonograms on-site during your appointment so he can diagnose the ailment and get you on the path to healing quickly. I highly recommend him.

Can’t say enough great things about the care I received at Dr. McKee’s office! I have been doing a lot of walking during the pandemic and my feet were killing me. I saw Dr. McKee and he fixed me up with stretching exercises, an airheel, night split, better shoes and custom orthotics. It has made all the difference in the world. Awesome friendly staff and newly renovated office completed the whole positive experience. Thanks Dr. McKee and staff!
