No care if you let the nurse know, you don't see a dr nor do they give you test results. A few years ago, a nurse incorrectly put an IV in my forearm. Morphine was dripping out and burnt a hole in my arm. I had to take 4 rounds of antiobiotics and it took 7 months to heal. It took them an hour before they did something about and I was crying in pain. Now I have a permanent scar and it looks like a hole. I should of sued them. It was torture waiting that long before they took it out. I was transferred to another hospital and they were shocked they let that happen ! I still hate looking at the scar.

Left in tears as my husband carried me. I had horrific abdominal pain with non stop vomiting. The ER was mocking me and refused to medicate me. I begged for something to stop the vomiting. I prayed for pain relief. I spent the next two days on my bathroom floor, fetal position sobbing. What human deserves such disregard?nThey refused to treat me period. I wanted to die.

Horrible. Does not know how to handle pediatric patients and incorrect billing- didn't even bother to submit to our insurance even though we filled out all the forms. Staff was aloof and non sympathetic to having two sick children on Dec. 24th- no hurry to get them back home for Christmas Eve. NEVER AGAIN.

Transferred from urgent care medical facility, Kent Island with infected cat bite, left hand top surface. Admitted in less than 5 minutes, doctor, nurse, tech in less than 5 minutes. Prelim diagnosis, tetanus shot, antibiotic drip. X-rays for dirt/tooth particle diagnosis. Fast, courteous, efficient. Doctors conferred with orthopedic surgeons at Easton Memorial, ambulance transfer. 1.5 hours from first E.R. paperwork to in a bed in the hospital. Hospital surgeons said quick action by E.R. personnel saved my 2 middle fingers. Highest praise.
