I have been going to this office for a decade. I always had to wait for appointments because they are always late. My most recent interaction involved the doctor giving me a prescription for some excruciating pain I was having with an injury. The amount prescribed was going to run out over the weekend so I called to have more prescribed to get me through the weekend. I called the office 3 times and was promised it would be handled. It was not. I then had to call on Saturday and finally got the on call doctor to call me back. She was unhelpful and did nothing to resolve my issue, and did not even follow up with me on Monday as promised. Service and care has always been slow and hit or miss. But this latest event has me questioning their competence. A doctors office, at the basic minimum, should be able to help their customers manage temporary pain. Not so in this case.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous! I would recommenced this location for anyone looking for a new physician.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best! I have been seeing him for 20+ years and have followed him from Arnold to Kent Island and now Queestown. It is worth the drive for quality care. .

I have seen multiple Doctors in the group and have been pleased. However, the office staff are abrupt and rude to say the least. (Whether on the phone or in person) They make you feel as if you were bothering them. What ever happened to being courteous, respectful and kind..... after all, the patients are typically coming in because they are sick in some way. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I’ve been a patient of MPC my entire life, but had never been to the Queenstown location. Since I moved to the area, I wanted to establish myself as a new patient. I scheduled the appointment nearly two months in advance. The day of my appointment, I unexpectedly had to bring my 21 month old with me to the appointment. I got multiple confirmation texts and emails prior to the appointment. Shockingly, when I arrived to my appointment (15 minutes early, per their instructions), the office was closed, with a paper sign on the door, due to their AC being out. So, I’ve still never been seen at this location. No phone call, text, or any attempt to alert me of the closing. A call would have been nice! I work in healthcare and we would make every attempt to alert our patients of an unexpected closing. It’s a week later and still no one has called to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience. Patient care is slacking. Come on, people!
