From the moment the receptionist answered this panicked mom phone call to walking out the door after the fixed my daughters tooth, this was a wonderful experience. I myself have a great fear of the dentist, but everyone here was amazing. My daughter had an abscess and I was struggling to find an appointment ASAP. Other places I called didn’t seem to understand the urgency. Braytons amazing staff got me in the very next morning and with a child that’s never seen the dentist they didn’t lecture me like some other places they got right to taking care of my daughters tooth. The receptionist, dental assistants and dentist were all so kind and compassionate about the situation. They were able to make my daughter feel relaxed and talked to her about every single step that was going to happen and made sure she felt at ease. My daughter even got to pick two prizes at the end and they bagged her little tooth for the fairy. I would send my loved one’s here for any dental work/emergency. I couldn’t recommend them more. Even my self who’s terrified of the dentist and needs work decided I felt comfortable going back for me when the time is right. I left that office telling anyone who would listen how wonderful each member of the staff was and that they must go here. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby!
