Chesapeake Dental

Sounds like this could of been a nice dentist to go to but it didn't work out for my son. My son doesn't have insurance so he has been saving his money. He even bought an insurance plan through the dentist. Every time he goes there they want to do something different. He had an infected tooth went to the dentist, the dentist didn't even look in his mouth just said I know which one it is, gave him an antibiotic and charged him for an office visit.

Beyond happy with the treatment I've received here. I'm terrified of the dentist and have always had issues with being able to feel work being done after I'm numb. I had a previous dentist tell me I have an accessory nerve but he retired and I hadn't found another dentist that managed to keep me completely numb, until today! Not only did the numbing shot not hurt, it also didn't make my heart race (maybe they use a different type?) and despite needing a post and crown PLUS fillings on two other teeth, I felt nothing!nnAlso they made the crown on site and it was an interesting process to watch! Who doesn't love not having to go back and get numb yet again at a later date to get the final crown put on?! And it's a minor thing but his bedside manor (along with his assistant) was so calming and they gave plenty of chances to rest your jaw a second and rinse your mouth out. I didn't for one second feel rushed and now that the numbness is worn off just a little tylenol took care of any discomfort because they were gentle as they worked. Amazing place and can't recommend them enough!

If you need a dentist on or near Kent island, Chesapeake Dental is worth the trip! Not only is Dr Pochron a perfectionist, but he’s got a great bedside manner... a real guy with a sense of humor, smart and really good at what he does. Prices are reasonable and he really cares about his work! I’m so glad he’s my dentist!!

This was my first visit. I chose Dr. Pochron because he invests in the latest technology (e.g. digital X-ray) and stays current in his field with continuing education. My exam and cleaning were the best and most thorough I've ever had. I'm glad to have found this excellent resource here on Kent Island!

Freshly remodeled and feels like a luxury Spa! However, more importantly Dr. Pochron is magic with fillings, repairs and crowns! *SAME DAY CROWNS!!!nNo member of my large family has ever experienced pain or discomfort!nAlso, Tracy is fantastic at explaining insurance and has always assisted me when I needed guidance.
