Kent Island Dentistry

Kent Island Dentistry is dishonest and unprofessional. I called for a new patient appointment and confirmed they took my insurance. Half way through my appointment the manager came to my chair and informed me that they actually didn't take my insurance and I would have to pay full price out of pocket.They are either purposely dishonest or incompetent.

My mom went there for the first time and they were very nice and took great care of her. I have an appointment next month with them and we are very happy
