Lived here for 3 months while working in the Baltimore area. I am a full-time RV resident and was very happy with my time at Orems. The manager, Erica, is very helpful to all of her residents (particularly the elderly ones in the park).nnThe location is near the train and rail tracks but I did not find that to be a problem (I was on the spot closest to the tracks). It is also in a residential area, which may be different for some people, but i found it to not be an issue.nnIf you stay there long-term (like I did), you have to cover your own electrical bill (pretty common). The park did not have Wifi but I got Xfinity service at my spot and had the fastest internet I've seen in recent years.nnIf you find yourself needing to be in the Baltimore area in your RV, I recommend Orems. Book early because the spots are limited but you will be happy with your time there.
