A Christmas Miracle!nnIf I could give them 6 stars I would!!!!nAfter scouring multiple stores looking for stuffed dog toys on Christmas Eve with no luck, everywhere else was sold out, we pulled up to the Grooming Place Pet Shop 30 minutes after they closed. Hoping to find someone inside, we approached the door. A kind woman let us in and the store’s selection was as big as her heart, for even though the register was closed, we left with a stuffed Santa for our pup. BEST PET SHOP EVER!!!

I have taken my cocker spaniel here many times in the past few months and each time have been pleased. However, today I was very displeased. After having someone else bring my pup in when I got home I saw her cut is extremely choppy all over and looks quite ridiculous. We asked for an ear cleaning and after looking in her ears it does not look like that was done. Her nails look very botched as well. Very displeased this time.

So incredibly grateful I have found someone that takes such good care of my Lexi dog, I highly recommend the new groomer Sarah! She went above and beyond taking care of my super fluffy chow chow that has a huge hatred of water and a strong case of anxiety. I’ve always bounced from groomer to groomer trying to find one that cares for my baby as much as I do and I can happily say I will definitely be sticking with her!

I've brought my mothers Besion here for over a year every other month or so. The last few times the groomer has really let me down. I figured it was the dig being to anxious or hard to keep still so that was what causing his cuts to be choppy and uneven. But she never said anything so it must be her. Anyway long story short, Bruiser will NEVER be brought there again. This time not only is his cut VERY uneven and choppy but he has 4 cuts on his body that have now stabbed over and a few raw areas that look like burns from the clippers. I will never bring any animal there again!!!nnUpdate: the owner did contact me and was very caring. She refunded my money and I spoke with the groomer, she wasn't very nice about the whole thing and I felt like she was calling me a liar without actually saying it. Either way it gas been settled. The owner was nice, I may shoo there again. But I will never bring him back to be groomed....I dont tryst the groomer anymore! Sorry thats just how it is.
