I have been doing aqua therapy and regular PT here for a couple months now for an arthritic knee and several knee injuries, and have had a great experience with Jen, Brian, John and Whitney. They listen to your concerns, address your PT needs, teach you, and help you become stronger and empowered. As a nurse, I was very impressed with their patient-centered care, as well as their expertise, knowledge, and suggestions. I highly recommend the Agape PT at the Arena Club location. They are excellent!

The therapists were all outstanding, however, my benefits were NOT checked properly and I ended up with a bill for over $200.00. I asked specifically if aqua therapy was covered and they said it was but they never actually checked with my insurance for that specifically, just physical therapy in general. When I received the bill I contacted my insurance who confirmed that aqua therapy was not covered. So customers beware - if you use this facility, make sure to check your own benefits and do not rely on their office.

Therapists are very well versed in all therapies. I recommend them for their bedside manner and their commitment to their patients.
