You are lucky if you get someone helpful like Ms. C. but if you get someone like Mr. H, you are out of luck! Not helpful or accommodating at all! Sad when you need assistance, and the best you can get is an appointment 21 days later!

This stupid website needs to update their information. Came up here on a Wednesday from Aberdeen cause this website said the office closes at 3:30. Only to get here and find the doors locked with a new sticker over the hours saying they close at 12. I am military and have lived all over but the Maryland government is a joke. Get your act together.
