The staff and the other members are very supportive and while exercising especially during difficult movements i felt like everyone was there to push me to perform at a higher level. Also I feel that i am accepted and free to be myself without judgment no matter what kind of day im having. I know that here i can exercise more then just my body and always leave feeling better.

We have been members for almost 10 years. Such a great place! Great employees and the place is always clean.

The trainer Demetrious is GREAT with my daughter, son and myself took his time explained everything we were doing and how to do it! He was not judge mental at all and had the best patients with us as we have NEVER worked out a day of our lives! Among the rest, the atmosphere is welcoming the staff is very friendly and helpful!! They answers all my crazy questions to best of their knowledge!! it’s a well balanced facility and I look forward to coming back each day sore or not! LoL...

Friendly staff! The facility is very clean. I observe staff cleaning every time I am at the gym. I feel safe!!! Recommend to all!!!!
