agree with review about how they used to be a caring, well run company. the response made me want to give this review because we have called that number many times and NO ONE answers or returns your call, ever. I live blocks from this location and make the extra drive to go elsewhere due to similar issues. staff always seems mad or depressed and never welcoming. this location could be so much more, yet have a feeling company doesn't coach or motivates in a positive way. many have stopped coming here for many reasons and its so simple to turn around.

Wanted to chime in after reading the reviews. We called High's many times and never received a return call. Called 4 times and left 4 messages. We decided when this happened that we would no longer give them our business. We support so many local companies in our area and feel it is very important to do so, yet if the team at High's doesn't care, why should we? I noticed the responses from High's about calling and if you made some changes, then share this please! If you decided to turn things around, then communicate this. How hard is it to provide a good work environment so your staff will share with your customers?nSounds to me the owners need some basic management 101 -

Never have receipt paper for gas pumps even first thing in the morning when it has been slow all night. Pass by every time I can unless I am running out of gas

Pulled off the interstate after a few hours of driving, getting ready to fuel and snack up, probably 100 bucks easy and get told there is no public rest room! Employees only. I have a wife and 2 young daughters! Will never use this gasstation!!
