The owner contacted our office and an appointment was set for the following day on a Wednesday. We visited 2 of the owners locations. The following day, a Thursday, we provided a proposal for one of the projects which was small job. The owner had no Drawings, Plans or Permit approvals to perform the larger job they wanted complete. The following day, a Friday the owner sent me an email asking how we are making out with the estimate and proposal for the large project and indicated that if we didn't turn it around quickly he would move on to the next Contractor! As he had no drawings, sealed construction plans, PA State Approvals or Permits of any kind we elected to walk away from the project as the first step should have been to design the project and have drawings prepared. Then you get it permitted. We felt we were being used to do his leg work!
