I went to Waukesha Tax Service and met with Nancy Torner. I could not have had a better experience. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely nice and helpful! This is the kind of person and agency you want to work with when navigating the confusing, frustrating, and often stressful world of taxes! She went over all my questions until I understood everything, she went above and beyond in explaining stuff, she pointed out many ways to save money and pay less in taxes, and she was so nice. If you are looking for someone to entrust your taxes to, I would really recommend this place and especially Ms. Torner. I don't normally leave reviews of places but I think I should give credit where credit is due and say what a wonderful experience I had here! She really went above and beyond! A++++
