Why do people on here keep complaining about getting physical therapy?? Don't you guys realize that you have to do is physical therapy in order to get some MRI 's done or whatever !! They send you to physical therapy and if you don't improve then you get the MRI and all that but they're not allowed to just do all that they have to do the physical therapy so the doctor isn't being rude he's just doing his job!

Did not listen to anything I said. Breezed through room and diagnosed without any xrays or examination. Totally wrong diagnosis. He spent maybe 4 minutes with me. Felt like I was on his shot conveyor.

Dr. Pfaff has serviced my family with chronic knee and back problems for approximately five years or more. He exuberates great bedside manners. He is personable and cares about his patient's well-being. We enjoy using his wherewithal for the last 5 years as our Orthopedics Surgeon. His advice is phenomenal, he does not believe in operating, if not necessary, which is superbly important to me when seeking services for my family. I know well for what their needs are medically and professionally. We started services in his Rising Sun office, we now accept services in his Elkton, MD office.nnP.S. went to him years ago when i needed knee surgery, everything was great. cut to today with a dislocated shoulder and he has turned into a rude dismissive person that not only seems like he is trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible, pushing you off on physical therapy and another appointment. hardly looks are your file and spouts off stuff i can google online. do yourself a favor and save your time and money.
