Decent experience, except they overcharge for their services. All of my prenatal visits were billed significantly higher than the average amount allowed, per my insurance, and I had to pay hundreds of dollars more once it got processed fully a month and a half later. I switched providers as soon as possible, and delivered at Upper Chesapeake Hospital, which was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Hildalgo is an amazing doctor. She seeks to understand me as her patient and listens to all my questions and concerns. She is calming, reassuring, and gives great insight. Dr. Hidalgo never seems to rush and takes her time. During very concerning appointments I left feeling better. While the experience with the receptionist can be interesting and unfortunately not five stars. The doctor care is absolutely five stars.

Patient of Dr. Hildagos for 20+ years. I've never met a more compassionate and gentle woman. Office staff can be snippy but they arent the ones caring for me so No loss there.nnI recommend if you have any issues you speak to the Dr herself! She will make time for you

After hearing many people say how good this office and doctor were, i decided to give them a call, i called at 11:30am and well I guess it was to close to their lunch time the shrewd receptionist who answer loudly slammed the phone down and purposely disconnected the call, at first I knew what immidietly what had happen, but thought maybe I was mistaken so when I called back twice i got no answer, the doctor can't be that good if she don't recognize basic manners that her secretary lacks.
