Aspen Dental

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 3 years and needed a more thorough (therefore, more uncomfortable) cleaning. Rob was the hygienist who did my cleaning and he made it such a good time and did a great job!nnHe made me comfortable about being honest about my “dental health” to provide me the best recommendations and answered all my questions. I never felt judged for not keeping up with my appointments, and feel less nervous about my next one, scheduled in August.nnI highly recommend Aspen Dental, but encourage anyone going to ask for Rob!

As a person who gets extremely nervous just going to the dentist, I was already met with butterflies in my stomach walking in. The reception team was very nice. When I was called to the back for X-rays and then things went downhill. The technician in charge of X-rays was curt, rude, and abrasive. I am not great at X-rays— the hard plastic digs into my gums and causes pain. The technician simply did not care. She didn’t try to get the images in a different way or using a different method. After, there wasn’t so much as a kind word. She showed me to the next room where she ran through my triage questions and then left.nnShe was undoubtedly the worst and she is making me not want to go back for follow ups and even remain a patient. I gave it 1 star because finance team was nice and the dentist seem pleasant.nnOverall it wasn’t a great experience.

I am normally petrified of the dentist, however I was very comfortable at this dental office. The staff were friendly, providing a welcoming experience.nVery well organized. I left the office knowing exactly what the next step of my treatment plan would be.nLuckily I have great insurance to lower my out of pocket expense.

I'm just starting with my Dental needs. I have to say every body there is nice and they always tell me what's next. A very good atmosphere. I think it will continue.

Great dentist, helpful staff, reasonable pricing and financing options. If all dentists were like this in Cecil county maybe more people would have all of their teeth!
