Super nice and very pleasant. Went to get Birth Certificate , Lady that took care of this was Great!!! I think her name was Kathryn. I was so worried about Coronavirus but the Health dept . Is really sat up Great!! Security Guard and woman that took your temperature we also very pleasant!! Thanks Cecil County Heath Department !!!!

I have been in contact with the Cecil County Dept of Health since the beginning of the year2020. I got approved by 2 board hearings and just need to have the Health dept. sign off on my permit to build a addition to my barn to house a dog kennel. I have been in contact with the heath dept. on numerous times as to what I have to do to obtain their sign off. It seems they just keep avoiding my request.nA follow up 3/19/2021nThe health dept. did finally get back to me and we discussed the project. The out come as of this date is I would have to install a very expensive and highly impractical septic system .

It depends what department you speak to. Medical Transportation is Terrible old miserable unprofessional women! It’s sad women at that age being that rude. They also provide rides to methadone type clinics not just doctors appointments and I know someone personally who called and asked for a ride was just a one time thing and they gave him the third degree in questions unnecessary after being proved he qualified for a ride due to no current car and such which you would of thought he was applying for a car loan all the questions they ask if your insurance pays you should get a ride regardless if you own a car but that’s another story. Point of story after all that at him being very polite keeping cool he was called a “JUNKY” by the receptionist if that’s what you want to call her then even went as far to basically threaten him and say remember I’m looking at your address I know where you live! No lie! Honestly I don’t know how that department hasn’t been cleaned and rearranged because I know if she spoke to him like that it has to be a regular thing because she spoke to him in that manner like it was routine. You know it’s bad if I’m writing the review but I was just trying to out them so no one else trying to get addiction help and better themselves gets shamed and degraded verbally attacked. But the rest of departments are fair and polite as can be. Lol

Linda and Penny are amazing! These girls are always willing to help me get things sorted and they get the job done fast!
