Always has a pretty good stock of mice, alive and frozen. Has been pretty empty in the pet department recently. Staff are always friendly and the store is always clean.

Very clean inside. Staffs always nice and helpful, and the grooming service was great. They were a little pushy about upgrading grooming services, but I understand trying to give the customer “the best” services.

As a supplier of pets foods and needs, I would assume management is aware of how hard it is in a dog's stomach to constantly be switching their food. Having said that, can someone explain to me why I've had to switch my dog's food four times in the past three months. You need to hire better inventory and procurement managers because the brand of food I purchased just four weeks prior, never seems to be in stock when it's time for a new bag. And before you suggest the repeat delivery... yes already tried that as well and there was a five day lag between when my four dogs finished the bag of food they had and when the new bag was delivered. I'll make the trip to Delaware for Concord Pet from now on just to avoid this level mediocrity and aggravation.

Petco has good prices for their supplies, but they do not always have things stocked. Their employees are not educated on the animals and they animals enclosures are not specific to the animals needs. I've seen ball pythons with the temps at 70 degrees. Typical for the big name pet stores. Some are better than others.
