My granddaughter loves going to the school everyday. Thank you all for making her happy.

My son learned so much from this school. The owner and staff are all really good with the kids and hands on. She is serious about them learning. Especially reading and writing at a young age.

Ms. Nargris is the worst! She does not feed your kids! They eat snacks everyday not hot meals! They leave their only front door unlocked all of the time! It is a hole in the wall on a busy street in a bad neighborhood. I don’t know what I was thinking bringing my kids there but they will NEVER go there again. I wouldn’t do it if I were you. Our kids should be in a safe environment not opened to the public!

This is one of the best preschools hands down. Mrs. Nargis and her staff are amazing. She makes sure to give every child in the school her all. If you want a school to teach your child/children to actually learn and not just play this is the school for you. I have four children and all of them love this school as well as Mrs. Nargis. My youngest recently graduated this past school year and she can add, subtract, and do basic reading. She also know her 5 and 10 time tables. My daughter begin to eat healthy, and learned the purpose of eating healthier.

I volunteer at Children's College and I have a doctorate in Educational Leadership. The school scores high in their teacher child interactions as measured by the CLASS assessment through the St. Tammany Parish. A high score on instructional support is a strong predictor of a child's later academic success. Ms. Nargis has devoted more than three decades to learning and growing her curriculum and instructional methods. Her school employs strong family engagement strategies. Parents volunteer, attend events and take active part in their children's learning. Many parents have attended the school who now send their children to attend it. Ms. Nargis Akhtar and her son Aziz Akhtar prepare all the meals at the school and most of the food they buy organic from Whole Foods. Their menus are approved by USDA food program. Ms. Nargis also seeks additional mental health and social-emotional support for children in her care who need it. She is highly respected by the families and community that surrounds her school for dedicating her life to better the life of children in Slidell.
