It is now named Red Dot Storage.....a horrible place to store your valuables. Look them up online at the Better Business Bureau and that will tell you everything you need to know.

Clean and climate controlled storage facility. Security is good. Need 9 unit code to enter and exit. Facility rents U-Haul trucks, vans and trailers. What else can be said about a storage facility? Yes I would recommend this facility.

Omni Storage at this location is now Red Dot. It has a stand alone kiosk that you use to set up and pay for storage. They do not offer trailers or moving vehicles. Very clean. However there is no employee onsite to help with anything and nothing to help bring your stuff in with.

Unreliable online ability to reserve a trailer even if you have a confirmation number means absolutely nothing!!! No communication to contact you about not being able to reserve your trailer. Showed up to pick up needed trailer for the day and rented it out all ready!!

Piss poor management with a lack of care and compassion for others especially elderly people. With that being said, my mother and I recently rented a uhaul truck from this location about 2 weeks ago. Despite me telling her to go to another location, she was impressed with her services that she received the last time we came. About 2 years ago our church waswas flooded out by a storm and we was able to save some of the historic items before they got destroyed. Well at that time, this Omni self storage had a different management team and was very helpful to my mother and fellow church members. So with my mother being satisfied with their (at that time) services, it left her with positive thoughts about coming back. Witch leads us up to current events. Now when she rented the uhaul she was told one thing and done another. The uhaul was only going to be rented for a one day usage only but due to weather conditions we had to keep it over night. So we explained the situation to the Omni staff and was told to us that it was ok as long as we have it back before the 24 hour time frame, witch we was ok with that understanding. So the very next day the weather was still bad so we decided to return truck and will try for another day. So upon arrival their was a sign on the door stating that management was in a meeting and will be back in later on that afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience and if your returning a uhaul, please leave key in drop box. So we did just that. I had to work that evening so I couldn't go with her that evening to make sure everything was ok with the return of the truck. When she arrived back to the storage building to pay her bill she was in shock because she ended up paying double the amount that was told to her from their management. When asked why the bill was more, she gave every answer but the right one. So instead of them explaining the situation to my mother, they pretty much blew her off and was being rude to her at the same time. She told her that she wasn't satisfied with her service and she was disappointed because of her previous experience was pleasant and they responded saying (well that was then and this is now and that management team Isn't here anymore and now you have to deal with us) Now remind you that my mother is a retired principal for 32 years and a very well respected lady in her community and is loved by a lot and most importantly a Christian woman, so when she explained the situation to me I saw the hurt and pain in her eyes and it made me very upset. So when I told her that I was gonna go their to handle the situation my way, she told me to let it go and not to cause a scene. So I did what she told me to do but If I was the owner, my only advice to you is to do a better screaning of you employees and who you hire. Because if the situation would've happened to wrong person then maybe next time it won't be so pleasant if you catch my drift.
