Check in was easy, the quality of units is excellent, and facility is clean. We were able to unload furniture from a 5,000 sq. ft. home with no issue, despite needing to use an elevator to reach our units. The customer service was top-notch and security is great. Giving this a 5 star despite one of the elevators being out of order.
So far so good! The online process was super easy to navigate. We secured a unit for rental, went and verified the information provided, and were able to check out the unit - all of this on a Sunday which worked for our schedule but not always for office hours.
Amazing service both at the National call center and at the local office. The location was brand new, clean and air conditioned! It was like a storage breath of fresh air! Highly recommend.
The location is very convenient and it’s a nice clean open space! The units are nice and big and the pricing isn’t expensive definitely in the area. The employees are very helpful and sweet and will walk you through everything! Even show you how to use the lock and get into the facility. I also got my first month free so that was definitely a plus!
Very happy with our decision to rent space from Extra Space Storage. The units are clean, priced fairly and the location is easy to access. Shout out to Linzie for making the process quick and easy.
