I used RedDot Storage for about 6 months and all went ok. There is nobody onsite and all business is handled at the onsite kiosk or by calling RedDot directly. The price was very competitive and access was very secure. My unit was climate controlled and my stored items were protected. RedDot Customer Service is very helpful and answered my questions and request as needed.nA few issues were related to other tenants leaving their trash at the entrances and also damaging some of the doors. It took several calls to get someone on site to resolve. Otherwise, other than disrespectful tenants, it was a good site and a good value.
A HORRIBLE place to store your stuff. Look up Red Dot Storage online at the Better Business Bureau and that will tell you everything you will need to know....it's not just me.
