Fantastic storage experience. Moving from out of the area, Liberty was my family's between spot to keep out valuables until we could find a home to get settled. The staff was friendly from day one. They take customer service seriously and pull all the stops. I would visit the storage unit to drop off or pick up something multiple times a week and everytime it was a seamless process. It was always clean, always had plenty of flat bed carts available, and always meticulously maintained. We're finally settled after 9 months and ending our contract, but I'm so glad I went with Liberty. I'm almost sad to go! Will use their facilities again if we need additional storage in the future.

Rented two units a few months while our new house was under renovation. Leslie, the manager was extremely helpful when picking out my units allowing me to get 2 smaller units that were adjacent and take advantage of a pricing deal that they were offering for a larger unit of the same sq footage. Move in, access, and move out we’re easy peasy and she even remembered me on move out day (after almost 4 months). The facility is always clean and I never had to wait for a cart (or 2 or 3...)nThank you for taking a little stress out of our transition.

WOW!!! Driving up to this Liberty Storage, I thought I was driving up to a resort! It was beautiful and huge and the landscape and buildings are very well kept. Even though I walked in right at the close of business, the manager was more than friendly, patient and helpful. He walked me through the processes needed to gain access during and after business hours. When I drove around to the gate to enter my code and once my code was accepted it read on the screen Thank You, Carrie. How cool is that, it knew me!!!! Talk about feeling WELCOMED! I was blown away with no words and even though I chose the smallest unit, it was fairly huge. Bottom line, Liberty Self Storage is safe, sufficient and the way to go with top notch employees!!!
