My first time going. Eve was great, she listened to all my issues and I feel great after one visit.

I called back in August to cancel my membership. I have belonged to ME on Coursey in Baton Rouge. It was transferred here to Mandeville. I was told to send an email requesting a cancellation which I did do. The cancellation never happened. I kept being automatically debited from my bank account during Covid without a job. I called again and was told “I never received your email”. They have been taking $59 out of my account since then and I have not gone to a massage envy since early February. It is now New Year’s Eve and at this point I feel it necessary to tell anyone who is considering a membership to understand that they will make it really difficult for you to receive your money back and to cancel. I am demanding retroactive payment since August and they still owe me at least 20 massages which I can’t have due to Covid. I have been a faithful customer since 2013 and I do not deserve the treatment that I have received since I have always paid on time. Just FYI and if someone from massage envy is reading this check your emails I will give you a copy of the email dated and time stamped for my first request to cancel in August which went unregarded. Trying to cancel membership! Stopped by the location signed form! Then got a call that i did not fill out the form fully And I had to come back in told him I was not doing that and I got an attitude then I asked to talk to a manager I was just transferred to another front desk person very unprofessional

My wife made me an appointment for Father’s Day since she’s in a different state for the summer. Received a call around 3 P.M. confirming my appointment and then I received a call around 8 P.M. cancelling my appointment because the masseuse was ill. They did not try to get me in my time slot with a different person and told me they were booked all day then had the gull to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. This happens to my family everywhere we go in Louisiana. Businesses are a joke and the people are unreliable. I won’t go to this Massage Envy nor ever make an appointment here again. Thanks for f**king up my day!

Vaida Tassin did an amazing job on my skin! I used BurtsBees everyday, several times a day but after my facial, almost a week later, my lips are smooth to the touch and I'm not so self conscious about my lips looking like the Sahar Desert anymore! :) Thank you so much! Would highly recommend seeing her
