Very polite and helpfulnI had no problems or issues

As this library is a beautiful place . I wanted to hold a meeting for a non profit organization. The lady that does the scheduling gave me such a horrible time telling me all kinds of excuses to NOT allow a meeting . Of which 2 other libraries allowed in the city.nnIt’s a true let down that this is how things are handled for a 2 hour meeting .nnShe did not try to work with me at all . I won’t nor will I recommend this location to ANYONE for ANYTHING

The library itself is well kept and techno-friendly (could stand a few more electrical outlets) but some of its staff and many guests simply do not comprehend the idea of being QUIET in a library.nnI'm currently sitting inside on the second floor with my earbuds on and I can still hear two staff members carrying on a coversation in a corner near the computer bank. I understand toddlers and small children, but it's absolutely ridiculous that adults (staff) can't adhere to a time honored rule.

I really love everything about this place. It's perfect for me.
