I am appalled by how I was treated as a new patient by the front staff. I was late to the appointment and the. Receptionist had the. Audacity to read to me the text message that was sent to me as if I was not capable of understanding what their policy was. Regardless he did ask of it was okay if I could still be seen. To which, at first the answer was yes and I was thrilled and grateful. He hurried me with paperwork and said go to your car fill this out as quickly as possible. As I was nearly finished the packet of paperwork within 2 minutes I received a call from the office asking me to come back in. The receptionist then said we will need to reschedule you. Mind you I have waited almost a month for this appointment. I am a single working mom and getting appointments and getting to appointments is not easy. As I was being told to hold on to my paperwork for the next appointment I decided to hand it back and seek another doctor. The location is also very difficult to find. I am glad for this experience because clearly this is an indication on how they view their patients.

Everything was good until when stuff was going on with my child she just kept telling me everything will be fine until at 26 weeks gestation my child died she came and delivered her and left. I use to always tell her I was nauseous she never told me to try any thing or gave me anything. She just seems like she just tell you everything and rush over your questions. When I went back for a check after the passing of my child I didn’t speak with her but the Np I spoke with was very nice.

I have been going to this doctor’s office since I was 17 and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Gibson is very gentle and kind and truly cares about your experience as a patient. The front office staff are not extremely warm however they are never rude and are always busy! I’ll never see another obgyn.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. The receptionist (all of them), the ultrasound tech, and everyone you talk to in-between are nothing short of inconsiderate and rude. They all act like they hate their jobs and you being there is an inconvenience.nnI will say the nurse practitioner Beth was the only person that was caring and nice. She seemed a little inexperienced but at least she was nice. I won’t be returning.
