I called to verify a patients appointment and Kiyata receptionist answered and was refusing to verify patients emergency appt that home health nurse made today so I could be sure we were taking an sick elderly lady to her correct appt and not the wrong Dr Longud83dude33 I work at a physician office & I feel like receptionist are taking the privacy act a little too far to have control. If I ask if some one has an appt today do I really need dOB & address? She refused to tell me until I provided info... thank GOD for FB . She was unhelpful & borderline rude.

I have been his patient for many years. We see eye-to-eye, he listens to my concerns and advises me appropriately. I am comfortable with his manner. Dr. Long is a good physician who cares about his patients. He does at times want to prescribe more medicine than I want to take.

I love Dr. Long! He has been my primary care doctor for over ten years and he is very caring and never makes me feel rushed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, straight forward, compassionate doctor.

While looking for Dr. Long's contact info for a friend, I noticed his google reviews. I was surprised to find an average rating considering I have had an excellent experience with him. Dr. Long has been my primary doctor since 2007 and he has provided me with the care I expect from a doctor. Whether my reason for a visit is a quick one or more time-consuming, he has never made me feel rushed. Because this seems to be his practice, I have, on occasion, had to wait a bit longer in the waiting room because I assumed he is giving the same detailed care to another patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Long.

Today was second time seeing him as my primary care doctor and it will be my last. I had to wait longer than typical time was rude and insulted him about medication I was taking from a different Doctor. He rushed the visit and didn’t seem interested. Can totally tell he’s done with dealing with people. He needs to retire and be rude to people his pays not to people that pay him. He fits the sterotype of jerk Doctor.
